Jerrod Partridge
Jerrod is an Ocean Springs-based full-time artist who also conducts painting and drawing workshops. He is the owner and co-founder of Art Space 86, which organizes events to provide opportunities for artists and promote community enrichment through art. Every summer since 2013, he and his wife have led visual explorations to Tuscany, Italy. Jerrod holds an MFA degree from the New York Academy of Art (2004) and studied graphic design at Mississippi College, where he also pursued art history in London, England for a semester. In 2011–2012, he was a recipient of the Visual Arts Fellowship from the Mississippi Arts Commission and in 2017, he was named distinguished Alumnus of the Year for the Mississippi College Department of Art.
